1 teaspoon of sugar suppresses the immune system for 4
hours. One soft drink has about 10 teaspoons of sugar.
1 glass of juice can have anywhere from 8-12 teaspoons of
sugar! Try seltzer or diluted fruit juices instead.

Craving chocolate is an indication that the body is deficient in
magnesium. The more you supplement with magnesium, the
less chocolate you will crave (and the calmer & more relaxed
you will feel)
Never take individual B vitamins (i.e. B1, B5, B6…) without
first taking a B50 complex (preferably with breakfast) and
then later on in the day take your other individual Bs
Men should avoid iron supplements as iron will build up in your
body, and too much iron is TOXIC!
If you are having difficulty falling asleep try taking some
magnesium citrate. Usually 500mg is enough to relax you and
allow you to fall asleep. It is NOT a sleeping pill and is
non-addictive, it will simply calm you down enough to allow
sleep to take over
Least contaminated fish: salmon, oysters, whitefish,
fresh-water trout, sardines;
Next best: perch, flounder, sole, Pollack, scallops, tilapia;
A little more contaminated: halibut, haddock, crab, snapper,
salt-water trout, orange roughy, grouper;
AVOID: shark, tilefish, king mackerel.
It is also best to get WILD caught fish, ideally from Alaska
