MICROWAVE OVENS

Dangers Of Table Salt

The liver cannot function without natural rock salt, which supplies the body with important minerals  - this salt:  helps speed up recoveries from serious illness and acts as a scavenger, purging the body of toxins

Refined and processed table salt has very different effects, such as:
it retains fluids  - 1 ounce retains up to 1 pound of water –
which tires the heart
it acidifies the blood, which may lead to heart problems,
hypertension, liver illnesses, neuralgia, rheumatism and
gastric ulcers
it damages and depletes enzymes, upsets the
sodium/potassium ratio, creates an acidic stomach and inhibits
digestion
it over stimulates the nervous system by activating the adrenal
glands
it increases perspiration and decreases muscle contractility
it creates arrhythmia from its abnormal impact on nerves and
helps harden arteries and other tissues
puts a huge burden on the kidneys thereby weakening them

Sources of high or hidden salt:  potato chips, popcorn, salted nuts, canned foods, candies, cereals, processed and packaged foods, fast foods, soda

Unrefined Sea Salt is acceptable, and actually good for you!

Microwave Convenience Comes At A High Price!

There are many concerns with microwave ovens, among them:
Carcinogenic toxins can be leached from plastic or paper
dishes/containers or covers and mix with your food
Vegetables and other foods lose valuable, cancer-fighting
nutrients when microwaved (moreso than when cooked).
Broccoli loses 97% of its anti-oxidants when it is mircowaved
The chemical structure of foods changes when they are
microwaved, forming new compounds that are unknown to
humans and nature ~ whose long-term effects are as yet
unknown
A Swiss study in 1992 found the following blood changes in
participants after ingesting microwaved food: increased
cholesterol levels; elevated white blood cell levels (suggesting
poisoning); decreased numbers of red blood cells; decreased
hemoglobin levels which could indicate anemic tendencies
