What A Consultation Will Do For You

In today’s modern society, we are exposed to countless stress factors from the chemicals and heavy metals in: the foods we eat, the air we breath, and the water we drink, as well as the electromagnetic radiation that is emitted by the machinery we use. In fact, with this heavy and consistent exposure to these undetectable and invisible toxins, it is almost impossible to protect ourselves from their negative effects.

During the last 100 years, there have been dramatic changes to both our lifestyles, as well as our environment. Our immune systems were designed to recognize and respond to pathogens so as to neutralize them efficiently, in order to keep us healthy and strong. However, with the rapid increase in the amount and type of toxins that are now present in our environment, our immune systems have not been able to adapt quickly enough, and as a result we are seeing a rise in numerous degenerative diseases. Ultimately, these unneutralized toxins, are building up in the tissues of the body, thereby upsetting normal biological functions.

Many exogenous and endogenous residual toxins become stored in the connective tissue, thereby blocking the passage of nutrients from the blood to the cells, as well as impeding the detoxification of metabolic cell waste. This process usually does not create immediate symptoms, but the continuous accumulation of toxins plays a significant role in the development of future chronic conditions.

Think of the body as a barrel. If the amount of toxins coming in, equals the amount going out, no symptoms will appear. If, however, the balance shifts so that more toxins are entering than are able to leave, the barrel will fill up. Over time the barrel will eventually begin to spill over, resulting in the manifestation of various symptoms. The standard allopathic treatment of chronic conditions is with symptom-suppressing drugs. However, their toxic side effects further put additional stress on the body, and fill up the barrel.

A bad diet (high in animal protein, refined, processed, junk, nuked and fried food), negative emotions, chemical exposure, dehydration, drug use (over-the-counter, anti-biotic and recreational), and bad lifestyle habits (smoking, drinking, insufficient rest, and lack of exercise) all work together to alter the body’s pH levels, and create inner conditions that are favorable for the development of chronic, degenerative conditions.
